Carrick Luz
A landscape orientated A5 (210mm x 148mm) greetings card featuring a delightful full colour illustration of the famous coastal rock formation at Carrick Luz on the Lizard Peninula, South West Cornwall in the United Kingdom. The area is spectacular for witnessing nesting sea birds from May and June but is a challenging trip across the rocks from the small cove situated at Landkidden round the cliif from Black Head Point. I have clambered across the rocks with Dad to the area which appears as a small island and it is possible to swimm across the ten metre channel at low tide but is a bit scary! The area is best viewed from the cliffs above on the Cornish coastal path but can also be quite undulating and tricky in parts, especially when wet. Dolphins and seals can also be been seen from the cliff top.
The card is supplied in a clear poly bag inside a hard backed board with a plain white self adhesive strip across the top. The interior bottom side of the card has been left blanks for you to add your own message and the top section features a print from an original watercolour of beach stones from Chutch Cove, Gunwalloe, further round the coast.
